Creek Farm, Portsmouth NH. There is a hidden pond in the woods. I was painting in solitude when suddenly a parade of little campers came alone, all wearing orange life jackets, ready to launch small Gundalow sailing ships they had built. The camp is run by Piper Boat Works, Strawbery Banke and the Gundalow Co.
Carey Cottage is part of Creek Farm along Sagamore Creek in Portsmouth NH. It was slated to be torn down. But good citizens raised the funds to save the historic cottage.
